Seller was very courteous and eager to make sure l got what I wanted before item was shipped. I knew when ahead of purchase how long shipping would be. I was also told when item shipped and when it arrived. -Seller wanted to make sure everything was as expected and if not they were willing to work with me to fix the issue. I truly was taken away when I opened the package! The quality of the veil is more than I expected! I love the two different tones of thread, instead of just having my floral single color veil. When the light hits the veil it is really pretty! I like the clip that is already sewn in on my veil. Mine always slip down if not pinned in. I’m sure this will be my first purchase of many to come from this talented artist! They included a little bag as well.🕊
